Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made jewelry, gift cards, and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Once your return is authorized, carefully package the jewelry in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
